How it’s going …

So, I literally worked on my site all day yesterday. Only to find that Wordpress only gives me 75% of the functionality I want, which is more than any other content management software. But man that last 25% is crucial.
Most of the day I spent trying to mash different themes together, to no avail. My current theme is one of two I’m going to try to combine on my final attempt. We’ll see how it goes.
On a Thanksgiving note, it was weird. I wonder what one of my kids will have to do to make me not even call them around Thanksgiving because I “don’t even want to get into it with him” … that’s what my mom said about my brother.
I know that the strife in the family definitely goes both ways though. And I’m sure mom and dad weren’t thrilled with the situation.
I’ve been feeling sick since Thursday too. I’ve been having the same symptoms Stacie was having, where I eat, and then feel sick for a while. Then I get hungry again, so I eat, and then I feel sick.
This is disconcerting, because Stacie had to have her gallbladder removed. I’m a bit of a hypocondriac about certain things. If this is still going on in 2 weeks, then I’ll be worried I guess.
Well, it’s warm(ish) for the 4th day in a row. So I’m going to go take Rosie for a run, tinker (yes, tinker) with my site some more, and then head to the church to play some guitar.
